I've had (some) experience running GURPS, Nobilis and PDQ games, and would be happy to run one if anyone's interested (generally, I run light-hearted, speed over rules games). Also, having bought Dark Heresy, I'm currently reading through it and would love to play a game. I could possibly run one, but it'd be my first contact with the system (not that that's stopped me before...). Anyway, Monday evenings would probably be ideal. To be honest, I'd love to play (or run) something, I'm suffering from tabletop withdrawal... If anyone wants to run a game, or would like me to, then lemme know.
P.S.: Irritating though it may be, I don't really run DnD, before anyone asks. Will play, but not run.

Works for me, though we'd need some more players. And a genre, though I'm thinking a short fantasy dungeon crawl would help people get used to the system, particularly if they're coming from DnD, and then perhaps do something more interesting in future?

I'm aware this is incredibly short notice, and anyone who it's likely to apply to is already there, but I'll be at the social tonight, possibly trying to kick up some interest in the GURPS idea.

I always find that whatever you run in GURPS always just feels like GURPS rather than the setting, not a big fan (also being able to be a blind paraplegic in order to get the extra points to live forever is a bit silly).
I would like at some point to run Pathfinder which is a really nice version of D&D 3.5, but I'm still in the process of taking the silly things out of the rulebook and actually getting round to making a story for it.
I'm also interested in running/playing Dark Heresy as I quite like it flavour-wise.
The problem for both of these is I'd need to get hold of the core books.

I have the Dark Heresy book (bought it at the con), and would probably rather play that than run a GURPS campaign, if that suits other people. Plus my days have freed up, so I can manage Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays generally!

This was a tentative thing , I don't have nearly enough time at the moment to run anything and I'm already occupied most nights along with my fairly heavy workload. If I find I suddenly have spare time I'll look into it. Plus Ms. Secretary is still reneging on his promise to run it, plus he ran off with my character sheet... that was such a power psyker.
